We are a full turnkey company for Investors looking to invest in the Indianapolis market. Discover Properties holds a Real Estate Broker Company License and is a member of MIBOR, NAR and the Indianapolis Brokers Association.

We work closely with our Investors to find residential properties that will need a limited amount of work at 20-40% percent of estimated value. We will provide you with vital information such as, estimated repair cost, taxes, insurance cost and other cost that will important to consider in a spread sheet. This spread sheet will show your cost and the potential monthly income.

You can put in sweat equity or we will bid the work and provide our construction services.

Once your property in ready for a renter we will provide the marketing to rent your property. We use Core Logic to screen candidates to be sure we put the best candidate available in your investment property.

Once the property has been rented our property management group will manage your investment property. This includes all regular maintenance, emergency maintenance, collection of rents, and will file any legal documents needed in an eviction situation.
