So Discover Properties bought my house from a landlord who had mainly made our life a nightmare. Once they bought my property he did not give them my information, or them mine. Took us a while to get a hold of them, but once we did we had great service from them. My current landlord only gave us one window unit for an entire house and it’s definitely not enough, but it’s also not Discover’s fault. They have answered my emails promptly, delivered on every promise they’ve made, and they even helped take care of promises the last owner of the house made that he didn’t deliver on.
